Where hustle meets heart and players are built, not born.
Founded in 2024, 419 Fastpitch was created to empower the next generation of strong, confident and competitive female athletes. Based in Eastern NC, we aim to provide high-quality softball instruction through private lessons, clinics, and team training - all rooted in a high-performance, growth-minded environment.
At the heart of 419 Fastpitch are our three core values:
Attitude - Stay coachable, humble, and resilient.
Energy - Bring it every rep, every inning, every time.
Effort - Control the controllables and give your all, always.
Our mission Is bigger than softball. We're here to build complete athletes - mentally tough, fundamentally sound, and ready to lead both on and off the field.
At 419 Fastpitch, we don't just play the game. We set the standard.
Pitching lessons focus on building a solid foundation of mechanics, improving accuracy, increasing velocity, and developing effective pitch sequences. We train spin, command, and mound presence while sharpening mental focus, confidence, and the ability to handle pressure in high-stakes moments.
Hitting lessons are designed to develop powerful, consistent swings through refined mechanics, timing, and pitch recognition—while also building confidence, mental focus, and discipline in the box. Each session emphasizes approach, situational awareness, and the mindset needed to perform under pressure, helping athletes become more complete, tenacious hitters.
Defensive lessons focus on sharpening footwork, glove skills, and quick transitions to build sure-handed, game-ready fielders. We emphasize positional awareness, communication, and defensive intelligence—while cultivating mental focus and confidence to perform consistently under pressure. Players also learn to read the game and execute plays efficiently, turning defense into a strategic advantage.
Combined Skills Lessons offer a tailored, all-around training experience to develop your hitting, pitching, and fielding simultaneously. These sessions focus on refining mechanics, boosting technique, and enhancing game awareness across every facet of your play. Along with physical skills, we emphasize mental discipline, confidence, and strategic thinking to help you perform at your peak—no matter the position or situation.
Group Lessons are designed for 3 or more players who want to train together. Sessions must be scheduled for a minimum of 1 hour and can last up to 3 hours. Groups are capped at 12 players, and the rate is charged per player, per hour. Train as a team—connect with Coach Aly to arrange group lessons.
Our clinics are designed to elevate athletes through focused instruction in pitching, hitting, and fielding. Each clinic blends high-rep fundamentals with game-like drills, competitive stations, and mental skill work. Whether you're looking to sharpen mechanics, boost confidence, or build softball IQ, these sessions are tailored to challenge players and grow their all-around game in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. I’m a proud Midwestern native, born in Indiana and raised in a small town in Ohio where community runs deep and hard work isn't optional - It's expected. I picked up my first softball at a young age, and something just clicked. I fell in love with the game instantly. It wasn't just a sport - it was where I felt most alive, most confident, and most myself.
I started pitching at 8 years old, and that mound quickly became my second home. I played travel ball for 9 years and dedicated 16 years to becoming the best pitcher I could be. Every long weekend at the ballpark, every early morning practice, and every tough loss taught me more than just the game — it taught me grit, discipline, and leadership.
In high school, I was a four-year varsity letter winner. I earned All-Conference honors all four years, along with three years of All-District recognition, and capped off my career with two years of All-Region and both Second and First Team All-State honors. I was fortunate to have teammates, coaches, and more importantly, a family who pushed me to grow, and I gave everything I had in return.
My passion took me to the collegiate level, continuing my journey at Indiana University South Bend, where I was a four-year starter on the mound and earned several more accolades throughout my college career. I graduated In May 2021 with a degree in Health Promotion and Nutrition - a field that reflects my passion for wellness, development and helping others reach their full potential.
After college, I moved to North Carolina in August 2021 - excited and eager for my next chapter, but unsure of who I was without softball. Like many former athletes, I struggled with identity. I missed the structure, the team, the grind - all the things that made me feel whole. For a while, I thought that chapter of my life was closed.
But in September 2024, softball found me again — and this time, in a new way, bringing more purpose with it. I realized my story with the game wasn’t over — it was evolving. That’s when 419 Fastpitch was born.
419 Fastpitch isn’t just a training program — it’s a reflection of everything the game gave me. It’s built on attitude, energy, and effort, the three values that carried me through every high and low of my career. Now, I’m here to pass that on — to coach, mentor, and inspire young athletes to believe in themselves, work relentlessly, and compete with heart.
My goal is to create more than just better players — I want to build better people. Through focused instruction, mental development, and a strong sense of community, 419 Fastpitch is a space where athletes can grow with confidence and learn to lead both on and off the field.
This is my story — and it’s just getting started.
Let’s write yours together.
I owe so much of this journey to the people who were behind me long before I ever stepped on a college field.
To my dad — thank you for taking me to every lesson, staying for every extra rep, and taking endless drop balls off the shins without ever complaining. You gave me the push I needed, even when I didn't want it, and I'll never forget the sacrifices you made just so I could chase this game. You constantly showed me what relentless support really looks like.
To my mom —thank you for always making sure I showed up prepared, from clean uniforms to game-day oranges and perfectly packed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You took care of the details that allowed me to focus on the game.
To my little brother — thank you for catching me in the backyard wearing your motocross gear like it was catcher's equipment, for cheering like every game was the World Series, and for being my biggest fan from day one.
Your love and sacrifices are woven into every inning I ever played — and into every lesson I now teach. You’re all a part of this story — and always will be.
And to my fiancé — thank you for supporting me through every building block of 419 Fastpitch. Your constant encouragement, patience, and belief in my vision gave me the space and strength to turn this dream into something real. Thank you for allowing me to share the knowledge, passion, and love I have for the game — and for standing beside me as I pour it into the next generation.
We'd love to hear from you! Reach out with questions or to book your first lesson.
